Kevin serves as the Director of Business Development with DSPolitical, where he helps lead all marketing and development efforts, consulting with dozens of local, state and national campaigns across the country. Prior to joining Team DSP, Kevin worked as a Senior Strategist with Stones’ Phones where he advised hundreds of campaigns and national progressive organizations engaged in LGBT equality, reproductive access and rights, and International Unions.
Prior to joining Stones’ Phones in 2011, Kevin helped launch No Labels, a national movement aimed at bridging the partisan divide on Capitol Hill. As No Labels’ first National Field Director, Kevin traveled across the country rallying local communities to support candidates for Federal office willing to “put their labels aside” and work with their colleagues across the aisle.
Kevin also helped lead Equality Maryland’s efforts to pass Marriage Equality and Gender Identity Anti-discrimination in the Free State from 2008 until 2010 and worked to elect a pro-equality legislature during the 2010 cycle as the organization’s Director of Development and Communications. Prior to Equality Maryland, Kevin helped build the New Organizing Institute, serving as the organization’s first finance staff member. He is a graduate of the Catholic University of America, with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
