Amanda Shepherd is the Media Planning Manager at DSPolitical. Prior to joining DSPolitical, Amanda was a Senior Paid Media Strategist at Wavelength Strategy, a progressive digital agency, where she managed paid media programs for a portfolio of political clients, including a winning US Senate campaign, multiple successful House Independent Expenditure Campaigns, and issue-based organizations. She has also held similar paid media and digital strategy roles with organizations like the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee Independent Expenditure and ACRONYM.

Amanda began her political career working for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 Presidential campaign, holding various roles throughout the campaign cycle, including as the Assistant to the Virginia Organizing Director for the general election.

Amanda graduated from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service with a degree in International Politics and Security Studies. Born and raised in New York City, Amanda enjoys spending her free time baking in the kitchen, listening to music, and watching the NY Yankees and Manchester United.
