Joining in 2023, Megan brings more than two decades of experience in ballot measures, legislative campaigns and independent expenditures campaigns. Most recently Megan was Director of Public Policy, State for the Guttmacher Institute managing all aspects of their work to advance a state-level policy agenda for sexual and reproductive health (SRHR).

Megan has held previous roles at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Every Voice, America Votes, and American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME). A New York native, she began her career at the Democratic Assembly Campaign Committee.
